how often will the media spread this story about mental illness??? if ‘mental illness” really IS the reason WHITE MEN keep packing themselves and shooting anybody they can find—if that REALLY is the reason? why aren’t these media bastards asking obvious questions? Why aren’t white people being regularly screened for mental health issues before they’re allowed in a public space? why are they being allowed to walk around without surveillance? why are white men allowed to buy guns? why aren’t we creating restrictions on how easy it is for white men to get guns? why aren’t we using the patriot act to monitor and shut down white men’s bank accounts? why aren’t we asking cable guys to report suspicious activity in the homes white men that they enter?
truth is, media KNOWS that this isn’t about mental illness—they are WILLFULLY ignoring that mass shooting they just reported on a month ago, and the one they reported on three months ago, and the one they reported on a year ago, etc. they are WILLFULLY ignoring that.
why? what would it do the system in the US to have a black president and mainstream media demanding to know why white men aren’t being hyper monitored or restricted in their rights/movements? why are we so so so so so eager right now to force obama to “say something” or “do something”? is that a plea? or a challenge?
